Geelong Regional Artists

Phil Hayes is among eight Geelong region artists featured in a group exhibition at the Gordon Gallery, displaying various works, including his iconic dog sculpture. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 1 pm to 4 pm, until August 29.

The Gordon Gallery hosts a group exhibition featuring up to 50 works by eight Geelong region artists, including sculptures, paintings and photographs. Organised by the Gordon Foundation and sponsored by the Geelong News, the exhibition aims to encourage and foster both emerging and established artists while bringing high-quality work to the broader Geelong community.

Quiksilver designer Phil Hayes is among the featured artists, presenting various pieces, including his trademark iconic dog. He is joined by Samantha Campbell, Terry Eichler, Noel Essex, Jenny Evans, George Francis, Elena Jomantas and Gary Rowan Higgins.

The exhibition follows a successful event held in March, which showcased seven local artists. The Gordon Gallery is located at the Gordon Institute of TAFE, 2 Fenwick St, Geelong. Open Wednesday to Sunday, 1pm to 4 pm, until August 29.
